Having you spend time with my mare was the best thing that I could have done for her. You were so positive with your appraisal of Clementine that you left me feeling like I had a horse that was worth her weight in gold. I really appreciate that you explained everything in a way that I could understand, and despite your wealth of knowledge I didn't feel intimidated because you were just so pleasant. You were extremely thorough in your assessment of Clem, enlightening me on her confirmation, movement, education, and temperament, as well as pointing out previous injuries and providing advice on how I could help her overcome them. I found that I learnt more from you in one training session than 3 years attending a riding school. You were so caring of Clem and you have such a natural ability and ease around horses. You went above and beyond any expectations I had, giving me information on everything from fitting tack and the best types of feed, to riding exercises and horsemanship. I'm really looking forward to our next session, and I believe that with your insight, advice and training Clementine and I are going to have a long and fabulous future! My children were the lucky kids to be involved in the lesson that Rachael did!! They still talk about keeping their horses "happy" and what they learnt on that day!! They tell me when they are nervous that it is not all just about winning. Well Done Rachael, I can honestly say that no-one has ever spoken to the kids like that before and they really have taken away a lot more than just a lesson. Now, they are actually thinking about all those little things Rachael mentioned and keeping it in the foremost of their minds when riding...... Belinda
